Signing in usually takes only a couple of seconds.

If the three blue dots appear to be on a loop and you're unable to sign in,  here are the possible reasons:

(1)  there's a firewall or a security app preventing CreateStudio from connecting to certain URLs,

(2) the device has some admin/user restrictions

(3) there is a network issue.


Do the following:
1. Disable the computer's firewall temporarily. 

2. Check for third-party security software and turn it off OR  whitelist CreateStudio in the security app.

3. If the first 2 steps above don't resolve the issue, powercycle your modem to refresh the connection or connect to a different network.
